Independent Medical Exams

Experienced Board Certified Physicians examine the claimant and make determinations in regard to:

Diagnosis, prognosis, causal relationships, need for further treatment, disability, scheduled loss of use, apportionment, etc.

Verbal reports and/or "Quick Sheets" are available. Final reports, prepared by the physician, are turned around quickly and can be faxed or emailed directly to you.

Peer Review Services

Peer Review is the professional reevaluation of previously rendered treatment and/or diagnostic treatment.

The reviewing doctor is presented with the treating doctor's initial history, narrative reports and bills related to testing and/or treatment. Based upon the review of these materials, the reviewing doctor will recommend or deny payment.

Documents are reviewed immediately and the results are returned in a timely fashion allowing you either pay or deny the bills within the statutory guidelines.

Radiology Film Review

Highly qualified radiologists review MRI, Ct Scan or X-ray film for the purpose of rendering an independent opinion. Very often "accident related trauma", in fact, turns out to be pre-existing, non-related or non-existent!

Bill Re-Pricing Fee Scheduling

New York No-Fault and Workers' Compensation provider bills are reviewed for proper fee scheduling and causality.
